Map and Booth Information

Safety Requirements:

• Booth structures must be fire-safe (e.g., decorative fabrics must be fireproofed). Authorities may request fireproofing certificates.
• The use of gas is prohibited.
• Please ensure that sound levels from your booth do not disturb neighboring booths or event programming.

Submission Request:
Please submit a list of electrical devices used at your booth and a description or mock-up image of the booth by March 24 to productions@carnivals.fi (Subject: HCF/JSK 2025 Booth – [Company Name]).

Booths 14–75 & Village Area

• Includes general lighting and a 240V / 3500W (suko) power connection.
• Power usage examples (3500W limit):
  
  1. Computer, 32” monitor, and a kettle or coffee maker
  2. Computer, phone charger, and a mini fridge
  3. Small freezer
• Booth Structures: Booths 14–67 and Village booths include wooden wall elements. Booths 71–75 have a black Molton curtain as a back wall (no wall elements). Village booths measure 2x2.5m and include a 120x80cm sales table.
• Wooden wall element height: 1.8m. Side walls can reach up to 1.8m, and back walls up to 3m.
• Wall Panel Dimensions: 90cm (width) x 180cm (height) per panel, with small openings (15.5cm x 17.5cm) suitable for light decorations.

Storage:

• Booths 14–67 and Village booths: 0.5–1.0m deep storage space behind booths.
• Booths 70–75: Dedicated storage area in the service zone.

Lighting:

• Sun Effects Oy designs and provides event lighting. Each booth has a dedicated light source. For targeted lighting, such as spotlights on products, exhibitors should arrange their own booth lighting.

Booths 1001–1002 & 101–109 (Premium & Platinum)

• Includes general lighting and a 400V / 9000W (16A) power connection.
• Booth height limit: 3m.
• Wall Covering: Black Molton curtains cover back walls and all Merikaapelihalli windows. Visible walls facing the audience or neighboring booths must be finished neatly.

Storage:

• Platinum booths (1001–1002): Storage available in the service area.
• Booths 101–109: 0.5–1.0m deep storage space behind booths.

Lighting:

• Sun Effects Oy provides general booth lighting. Exhibitors may install additional spotlights for highlighting products or displays.
