MAP AND STAND INFORMATION

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Booth structures must be fire-safe (e.g., decorative fabrics must be fireproofed). Authorities may request fireproofing certificates.

The use of gas is prohibited.

Please ensure that sound levels from your booth do not disturb neighboring booths or event programming.

SUBMISSION REQUEST:

‍Please submit a list of electrical devices used at your booth and a description or mock-up image of the booth by March 24 to productions@carnivals.fi (Subject: HCF/JSK 2025 Booth – [Company Name]).

STANDS 14–75 & VILLAGE AREA

ELECTRICITY:

Includes general lighting and a 240V / 3500W (suko) power connection.

Power usage examples (3500W limit):

- Computer, 32” monitor, and a kettle or coffee maker

- Computer, phone charger, and a mini fridge

- Small freezer

STAND STRUCTURES AND WALLS:

Stands 14–67 and Village booths include wooden wall elements. Stands 71–75 have a black Molton curtain as a back wall (no wall elements). Village stands measure 2x2.5m and include a 120x80cm sales table.

Wooden wall element height: 1.8m. Side walls can reach up to 1.8m, and back walls up to 3m.

Wall Panel Dimensions: 90cm (width) x 180cm (height) per panel, with small openings (15.5cm x 17.5cm) suitable for light decorations.

STORAGE:

Stands 14–67 and Village stands: 0.5–1.0m deep storage space behind booths.

Stands 71–75: Dedicated storage area in the service zone.

LIGHTING:‍

Sun Effects Oy designs and provides event lighting. Each booth has a dedicated light source. For targeted lighting, such as spotlights on products, exhibitors should arrange their own booth lighting.

STANDS 1001–1002 & 101–109 (PREMIUM & PLATINUM)

ELECTRICITY:

Includes general lighting and a 400V / 9000W (16A) power connection.

STAND STRUCTURES AND WALLS:

Stand height limit: 3m.

Wall Covering: Black Molton curtains cover back walls and all Merikaapelihalli windows. Visible walls facing the audience or neighboring booths must be finished neatly.

STORAGE:

Platinum stands (1001–1002): Storage available in the service area.

Stands 101–109: 0.5–1.0m deep storage space behind booths.

LIGHTING:

Sun Effects Oy provides general booth lighting. Exhibitors may install additional spotlights for highlighting products or displays.
