CUPPING

At Helsinki Coffee Festival, we are setting up a cupping area where roasteries have the opportunity to showcase their products to the public. The cupping area will be located in the central part of the main hall. Cupping is an excellent way to reach new consumer and business customers. Visitors have requested more interactive activities at the event, and the cupping table is a great way to provide this experience.

There are 12 slots available. Please register your company and preferred time slot by emailing productions@carnivals.fi. Slots will be booked in the order of registration.

HCF provides at the cupping area:

• Cupping table and side table
• Electricity, trash bins, and lighting
• Cups Muurla
• A staff member to assist with cupping area arrangements
• Communication and scheduling

The company brings to the cupping area:

• Coffee
• Spoons
• Coffee grinder
• Kettles and other necessary equipment

The cupping schedule will be published on the event website and displayed at the cupping table. Each cupping session will be announced 10 minutes before it starts to remind registered participants to arrive on time.
