Construction and Dismantling
Entrances During Construction and Dismantling:
- Kaapelitehdas Courtyard (C-entrance, Door M2/Freight Elevator):
Access the courtyard from the underpass on Tallberginkatu. The C-entrance (M2 door) has standard-size doors with a ramp. The freight elevator at the M2 door is available if unoccupied. - Tammasaarenlaituri (Door M1):
The M1 door at Tammasaarenlaituri is standard-sized with a ramp for cargo unloading. - Tammasaarenkatu Overhead Door (M5):
The M5 overhead door measures 5.5 m x 4.5 m. - Tammasaarenkatu H-entrance (Freight Elevator):
Enter through the H-entrance to use the freight elevator.
Racks are available for transporting items to your booth.
IMPORTANT: Vehicles may remain at the entrances only for loading and must be moved immediately after unloading. Parking in the Kaapelitehdas courtyard is strictly prohibited during the event.
Booth Construction – Thursday, April 24, from 08:00 to 22:00:
Each booth has an assigned delivery time and entrance. CLICK FOR BOOTH-SPECIFIC SCHEDULES:
Note: On Wednesday, April 23, only booth structures may be delivered to Kaapelitehdas. Booth construction must occur on Thursday, April 24, between 08:00 and 22:00.

No separate builder passes are issued for booth builders. Inform security of your booth number and company name at the entrance for access.
Booth Dismantling – Sunday, April 27, from 18:00 to 24:00:
Dismantling begins immediately after the event on Sunday, April 27, at 18:00. All structures, furniture, and materials must be removed by 24:00 on the same day.
Delivery Instructions:
- Small Deliveries: Send to Kaapelitehtaan Konttori, Kaapeliaukio 3, 00180 Helsinki. Clearly label packages for Helsinki Coffee Festival / Ice Cream & Chocolate Carnival.
- Large Deliveries: Must be received by your team on-site during construction days.
