Additional Booth Orders
You can order additional services from us, such as extra electricity, running water for your booth, and freezer space.

Orders must be submitted by March 24.
Schedule:
- Pre-ordered electricity and water connections will be installed on Tuesday, April 22, and ready by Thursday, April 24, at 12:00 PM.
- Coffee machine connections will be installed on Thursday, April 24.
Additional Electricity:
- 240V / 3500W (suko): €210 + VAT
- 400V / 9000W (16A three-phase): €318 + VAT
Water Supply:
- Water connection to the booth: €395 + VAT (does not include coffee machine hookup)
- Coffee machine water hookup: €155 + VAT
- Alternatively, water can be collected from the service area or the water points near booth 1001 using canisters.
Sink:
- Sink (1 tap) + canister: €225 + VAT (No drainage; canister must be emptied at the service area.)
Freezer Space:
- Roll container space in the freezer container (own roll container recommended): €165 + VAT
(Roll containers are used for transporting and storing items during the event)
Booth Carpet:
- We offer booth carpet installation using eco-friendly Rewind Flat carpet (100% polyolefin, latex-free, with 85% lower energy consumption and 55% lower CO₂ emissions compared to traditional exhibition carpets).
- Price installed: €9.5 / m².
