The largest coffee festival in Northern Europe, Helsinki Coffee Festival, will celebrate its 10th anniversary at the Cable Factory from April 25-27, 2025. Additionally, at the same venue and time, we will host another popular event: the Ice Cream and Chocolate Carnival.
Join us as a volunteer for these special anniversary events!
As a volunteer, you'll enjoy a fun-filled weekend of treats alongside fellow enthusiastic volunteers and top professionals from the coffee, tea, chocolate, and ice cream industries!
Volunteer shifts will take place between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and will be scheduled individually. Tasks will be assigned based on each volunteer’s interests whenever possible.
Volunteers will receive an event wristband, a t-shirt for their duties, a warm meal, and beverages such as coffee and juice. Additionally, every volunteer will be given a certificate of participation and a small surprise gift as a token of our gratitude.
The tasks primarily revolve around customer service during the event. While on duty, you’ll also get to experience the vibrant atmosphere of this delightful event and connect with amazing people!
If you have some prior experience, specific interests or skills, please let us know in your application, as additional tasks may be available for volunteers.
