The Cable Factory interior door C (door M2/freight elevator)

When using The Cable Factory’s interior door C you have to drive through an underpass from Tallberginkatu to the inner court. The entrance at the inner court is door M2 (regular size door with a ramp at the entrance). If the freight elevator at door M2 is free, you may use it.

Tammasaarenlaituri (door M1)

The door at Tammasaarenlaituri M1 is regular size and there is a ramp at the entrance.

Tammasaarenkatu sliding door (M5)

Tammasaarenkadun nosto-oven koko on 5,5 m x 4,5 m.
‍

Tammasaarenkadu H rappu (freight elevator)

The entrance at Tammasaarenkatu H-door is with the freight elevator.

‍

We will have a couple of cages with wheels on the doors so you can use those for getting your things to your stands. ATTN! You can have your car in front of the doors only for the time mentioned on the timetable and as soon as you have your things inside you need to transfer your car.

NOTE! On Wednesday 17.4 you can only deliver building materials for stands to Kaapelitehdas. The actual building of stands should be done on Thursday 18.4. during 08.00 – 22.00.

Helsinki Coffee Festival / Ice cream and chocolate carnival will not give you any building passes, but you need to notify our personnel by the door when loading in (the company and stand you are representing) and people can be given access to the venue.

Load off after carnival at Sunday 21.4 18.00-24.00

Loading off stands of the event is started immediately after the event ends on Sunday 21.4 at 18.00.

All the structures, furniture and other things brought to the stand need to leave the hall on 21.4 by 24.00.

Delivery instructions

‍

Small deliveries need to be sent to Konttori: Kaapeliaukio 3, 00180 Helsinki. The packaging must clearly state that it is addressed to the Helsinki Coffee Festival/Ice Cream and Chocolate Carnival.

You must be at the premises and receive large deliveries yourself.
